Had a hub seal blow out on my 53' Reitnouer step deck. Called Umphreys and man alive these guys and gal and puppy dog, got'er done! Very nice and professional mechanics on duty. They also straightened my bent mudflap assembly on my tractor. 5 STARS!!!

Short n sweet - these guys are the best! The work ethics displayed by the mechanics and office staff left me in awe. There was a faux pas (because of a brand new that day) credit card system. The owner stepped in and properly fixed the problem on the spot. Oh! and they respectfully offer a Veterans discount on labour. I am already planning on another visit when I return next fall... see you guys then!

Had the valves drop in a 2006 isx Cummins. Terry expedited the motorhome engine rebuilt with a frame in! He made sure to answer all questions and keep me informed.

My review is based on quality of service and parts. I brought my motor home in for a brake inspection. When I saw the rear brakes I'm glad I did as the pads were non existent and were starting to damage the rotors. Martha and the Tech were friendly and professional. Now I have piece of mind traveling across country knowing my brakes are up to par. I'm sorry I didn't get the Techs name but kudos to him for a fine job! I would recommend Umphress to anyone needing service in the Yuma area.

I highly recommend Umphress Fleet Service for their exceptional work and prompt assistance during an emergency situation. Our trailer axle and barring had broken, and they were able to repair and replace the damaged components within a short timeframe. We were concerned that our repair would not be completed over the weekend, as most locations only operate on Monday through Friday. Fortunately, Martha’s exceptional customer service, and the mechanic were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and available on Saturday. We were able to get back to work that same night.

This is my 4th mechanic and the first one that actually diagnosed my problem correctly. He did a thorough job fixing the problem and all the other problems it caused in a timely manner. The guys that work for him are great, meticulous, clean, and pleasant. The labor fees are reasonable. I can highly recommend.
